Don't they look cute? :) Here's the first batch of the clothes and cloths that have been washed by my dearest mom in law. Another batch will be done this weekend insya Allah.
Apart from preparing this, Hashley and I attended our antenatal class last weekend. It's called "Parent Craft Class" held at my hospital - where the topics involve:
- Role of father
- Admission and preparation of childbirth
- Labour, child birth process and pain relief
- Caring for yourself and baby after delivery
- Breastfeeding
- Baby bath and massage demonstration
- Diet in pregnancy and lactating mother
- Nutritions etc
Generally, I can safely conclude that this class place importance on the role of father through out the entire process and for the mother, the importance of breastfeeding. They also displayed videos on breastfeeding, birthing (not real one though - Hashley was glad that it wasn't haha) and did a practical session of bathing and massaging the baby so this antenatal class was very much practical and hands on, which I quite like actually.
After attending this class, I became more aware of breastfeeding issues and certainly would love to breastfeed fully for as long as Allah permits. That being said, kena start baca surah yang banyakkan milk production soon.
Btw this weekend there'll be a major sale at Mothercare, KLCC. See you moms to be perhaps? :)
