Do you know what my dream ambition was when I was a child? Nope, neither a lawyer nor a doctor (never), neither architect nor veterinarian. Nothing too serious, too black or white. Basically nothing like what I imagined it to be and most certainly nothing like where I am today - the total opposite. Amusingly in love and involved with black and white! A lawyer, black and white as in paper and pen, top and bottom wears, bags and shoes, and even my blog name. They say 'God works in mysterious ways'. Well said, indeed.
I've always thought that my dream ambition would be something colourful, cheerful, beautiful and all those expressions that end with the word 'ful' except 'bloody fool' of course (no no, no foul languages please hehe) Truthfully, I have always wanted to become an interior designer/decorator. Whilst I was filling up UPU forms 7 years ago (tua okaybye), I thought, okayy, maybe designing is a pick up skill and/or talent. You either have the flair or you don't. Unlike law, economics or accountancy. They're from different realms altogether. However, I don't think it would be wise of me to define the 'differences' that each possess but what I do know is the former is pretty much prettier and the latter is just pretty much prettier in their own ways, no?
Since I'm in the midst of refurnishing my room which is almost ready (what's left are repaint of grills and change of doors) I have been googling for ideas to re-decorate the room and I found so many rooms that are smashingly and stylishly decorated! Hence, the thought of my childhood dream ambition gave a tinkle in my head. Can't hardly wait to share the end result of my room with all of you :)
By the way, here's something that I found whilst browsing. The 2009's top summer colour trends thanks to Squidoo. Apparently, two of the colours that have been painted on my wall are among the ones below. What a coincidence!

Hope that'll help if you're intending to re-decorate your place too. Have a colourful day! Fret not, the colours in me will not be washed away by the rain inside my life :)

back when i was a kid, 'tok mudim' was like the coolest thing ever. with myth saying they chopped with axe, with a chainsaw, cut with rusty knives.. he's like at the same level with freddy kruger or jason from friday the 13th. that explains why i wanna become one.. now.. it's another story lah.. =)
