Let's Join In The Bandwagon..

of telling everyone what we did the last weekend. Lol.

Left for Johor to attend Mally's wedding, both on Kak Tinie's (the bride) side in Kulai and the next day for Mally's (the groom's side) in Kempas. I was looking forward for this wedding, knowing that Mally IS the ONE getting married! Hehe. You have no idea how much this cousin means to me. Susah senang kita bersama. Suka duka sentiasa ada. Echewaaahh. Haha. Anyyways, Hash also joined in the weddings since he was already in Johor to charge an accused on a CBT (criminal breach of trust) case who embezzled 8 mil large - read
here, here, here and here. Credits must be given to the journalists who were meticulous enough to have spelt his name correctly, unlike the last time. Kudos.

The weddings were splendid, meeting families from Singapore and spending some avid quality time with the famileyh over a whole round of karoks! My throat was sore to t, rendering to the (loud) volume of 'Sinaran' by Sheila Majid. Mom's family friend's daughter aged 8, Yusra, can sing so well that brought me to shame! But that didn't stop me from singing my lungs out anyway. Haha. Being that I haven't been to the karaoke centre in a gazillion years, I was singing to the brim!

I managed to take mom and the rest to It Roo Cafe (the grandchild of Hua Moi Restaurant) for the delicious chicken chop! By far, one of the bests chic chop ever. Should you happen to be in JB, please don't miss it for the world?
Heee!
Kak Tinie's reception.

Jalan Dhoby, JB.
Real vintage deco in It Roo is just so appealing.

Oh well, leave's over and back to work. I have a three day course on Transnational Crime and International Law Extraterritorial Jurisdiction by Prof. Dr. Robert Cryer from University of Birmingham starting tomorrow. Let's see what they have in store for us participants!

Bye bye!
