As always, updates!

• Legal procedures: Stagnant.
  

• Catering: Mom has decided on a caterer. Price was reasonable, and so I believe. As long as the rice tastes good, I'm all good (You think I won't eat ah during my wedding?)
  

• Canopy: Will be getting the floor plan layout next week. Maybe/maybe not post it up here.
  

• Wedding dais: To check on mom's florist on the flower decoration. Intending to meet a decorator sometime next week. And to check with Uncle Onn with a few stuff such as the bunga pahar and alat-alat merenjis.

• Wedding attires: Yay, no longer a worry! :)) I won't tell you who I'm doing it with because I believe it's better for me to see the end product first and later recommend/not recommend if he/she's good or otherwise. I don't want people to quote me on the things that they thought it was good as per my words where in actual fact, it might not turn out just the way you expected it would be. Comprendo, no?

• Favours: Got the favour boxes at home already. Bought them from Marry Me Deco, Gifts & Such and seriously Dalila is such a darling to work with :) I've also placed an order on the chocolates and am currently waiting for the cupcake's quotation. VIP guests' favours, you ask? I answer, "Je ne sais pas" which means, I don't know. I know, I know, I'll come round to this pronto.

• Thank you cards and tags: My dearest Dalia Dania was such a sweetheart for coming up with hundreds of designs and a number of quotations for me to sift through. Almost at the finalizing stage with her for her to communicate with the printers.
  

• Hantaran: Got Hash his perfume set. Two more dulangs and good to go (kot?)
  

• Cards: YES, I FINALLY MANAGED TO FINALIZE THE INLAYS! (After I was "reminded" by a considerable warning e-mail.... "....Sila beri kerjasama, TQ.." Hoho!) Can't wait to see the mock up card!
  

• Wedding cake: THIS HAS BEEN DONE TOO. HIGH 5 TO MYSELF! (Aimi, I know you're watching on me hehehe)
  

• Guest list: Ok masih nak lariiiiii. Haha. I have come up with a guest list and you can quote me on this, GUEST LISTING is the WORST part of a wedding! I absolutely abhor and loathe it I can burn those papers! Okay stress tak suka. At present, I'm supposed to put my guests into categories:
  

1. Nikah
2. Reception at Home
3. Nikah & Reception
4. DPF

Stress kan tu? Ke I sorang je stress pasal ni?

• Entertainment: I'm torn between two things. A band that I badly like and a two men (a generic for woman too) band that my parents seem to like. I don't quite fancy added confusion as I have always been confused, or fickle so to speak. Help? The band that I like is the one that plays at Delicious Dua and the latter is a prominent performer for the Sultans, PM etc. Any views?
  

• Master of Ceremony: Got my dearest cousin Aush to do this for me for home reception. Lega.
  

• Sound system: Still in progress. Any recommendations tak?

• Maid of Honours, Bridesmaids/Flower girls: Beres. Semua udah ke tailor, udah ambil ukuran. Yang tinggal hanya beberapa aja kapan teman-teman pulang dari luar negara.

• Usherers: Only two more materials to hand out :)

• Bunga manggar: Okay I will just settle for something else, not ostrich feathers bunga manggar. I must note that one famous decorator has the ostrich feather bunga manggar but he wasn't that friendly and quite arrogant when I called to inquire whether I could rent it out or not. He snobbishly answered that he doesn't rent out his stuff and even so, it'd be freaking RM1500 to rent that silly set of bunga manggar. Well, the least he could do was be apologetic right? Human behaviours do differ immensely.
  

• Bunga pahar: Tbd.
  

• Wedding heels: Getting this as soon as March pay cheque comes in.
  

• Spa: I think I just want to go to Khareyana and that's it. Tak nak spa lain boleh?
  

• Honeymoon: Air tickets purchased. Itinerary next.

I'm quite certain that I'm amongst those brides that take her own sweet time to do stuff kan? I did take time but take sweet time no more Zaznurs. Time is of the essence now. Risau dah tahap tak kelakar ni (except when I see Fel and Reena, semua jadi kelakar hahaha)

In the next post (please do not interpret 'next' from the literal point of view) I intend to discuss/share on a more detailed wedding updates that are worth sharing, okay?
